Ccleaner Windows 8

To schedule system cleans (for instance clean the machine every Friday at 10am) you will have to by hand create CCleaner records within the Home windows Task Scheduler. Please be aware that to be able to do that your user account will need Administrative rights.

1. Open Home windows Task scheduler. This is accomplished by clicking Start > User Interface. Then switching towards the classic view using left navigation pane. Then entering Administrative Tools > Task Scheduler.
2. Click Task Scheduler Library.
3. In the Actions menu around the right side from the window click Create Fundamental Task. Create Fundamental Task Wizard should open.
4. Within the Title text area go into the title you would like the job to become recognized as. For instance CCleaner weekly cleans. Click Next button.
5. Choose how frequently you would like CCleaner to operate. For instance Weekly. Click Next button.
6. Go into the time and date when you would like the first clean to become carried out. Then choose how frequently you would like the cleaning to recur so when. Click Next button.
7. Choose Begin a program option. Click Next button.
8. Click browse button and navigate for your primary CCleaner.exe. It is almost always situated in C:Program FilesCCleaner. Double click CCleaner (or CCleaner64 if you work with 64-bit form of Home windows).
9. Within the Add arguments (optional) text area enter /auto. Click Next button.
10. Check Open the Qualities dialog with this task after i click Finish and click on Finish button. Qualities window should open.
11. Check Run with greatest rights option and press OK button.

That’s it. Finished.

Note: These instructions are meant for Home windows Vista and let's start. On older os's this really is completed in similar way but you will find some variations (for instance Task Scheduler is within different location).
